Grant of Options
MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, announces that share options ("Options") over 16,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company have been granted to the Executive Directors under the 2016 EMI Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 1.6p per share (being the closing price of the shares on 13 October 2022) as detailed below:

For both Executive Directors, the Options will vest in three equal tranches on 13 October 2023, 13 October 2024 and 13 October 2025. Each option is exercisable into one ordinary share and once vested, can be exercised up until 13 October 2032.
These new options represent approximately 2.05 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital. In total 42,084,600 options are now outstanding, representing approximately 5.39 per cent of the Company's current issued share capital.
