MyHealthChecked Plc (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, announces that Gareth Davies, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, will stand down and leave the Company on 7 April 2022 to pursue other opportunities.
Gareth joined MyHealthChecked in June 2021 and has supported the Company through a transitionary period, establishing robust financial processing and reporting systems as well as an efficient operations system. During this time, the Company has seen strong delivery through a dynamic growth phase and, with the infrastructure and new systems in place, is well placed to continue this growth through the launch of the Company's new at-home wellness tests in H1 2022.
The Company has initiated a search for a replacement Finance Director and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Penny McCormick, Chief Executive Officer of MyHealthChecked Plc, said: "I would like to thank Gareth for the critical role he has played in the past nine months at MyHealthChecked.
