In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), Balfour Beatty plc ("Balfour Beatty"), the international infrastructure group, announces that Barbara Moorhouse, Independent Non-Executive Director of Balfour Beatty, will be appointed as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Medica Group Plc with effect from 1 July 2021.
