Director change

Morgan Sindall Group plc announces that, after eight years of service, Simon Gulliford has notified the Board of his intention to step down as a non-executive director at the annual general meeting on 4 May 2018 in order to pursue other opportunities.

Michael Findlay, Chairman of Morgan Sindall Group plc commented "The Board would like to thank Simon for his valued contribution to the Board and the Group during his time as a director and wish him the very best for the future."
