Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed on 5th October 2010 that Pershing Nominees Limited on trust for Mr Jim Mellon, Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 12p per share on 5th October 2010. As a result of this purchase, Pershing Nominees Limited holds, on trust for Mr Jim Mellon, 266,666 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Burnbrae Limited, a company which is indirectly wholly owned by a trustee of a settlement under which Jim Mellon has a life interest, holds 16,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 18.14% of the ordinary share capital of the Company

Mr Mellon also holds 666,666 Ordinary Shares in his own name representing 0.76% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Mellon has a direct and indirect beneficial interest is 16,933,332 representing 19.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
