Director's Share Dealing
The Company was informed on 20th October 2008 that Mr Jim Mellon, Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company in his own name at 37.25p per share on 17th October 2008. As a result the total number of Ordinary Shares held by Mr Mellon is 75,000.
Mr Mellon is also the beneficial owner of Burnbrae Limited which holds 12,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 18.9% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Jim Mellon has a beneficial interest in is 12,075,000 representing 19% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
