Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 13th April 2016 that TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company, purchased 174,206 Ordinary Shares at a price of 8.75 pence per share on 13th April 2016.

As a result of this purchase the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Ltd in trust for Mr Gibson is 1,721,433 representing 1.69% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
