Directors' Share Interests
TheΒ Company was informed onΒ 2ndΒ June 2009Β thatΒ Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees on trust for Mr Donald McCrickard, a Director of the Company purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 12.00p per share on 2ndΒ June 2009. The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr McCrickard has a beneficial interest is 50,000 representing 0.08% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was informed on 3rdΒ June 2009 thatΒ TD Waterhouse Nominees on trust for Mr David Gibson, a Director of the Company purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 13.287p per share on 2ndΒ June 2009 and 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each at 13.00p per share on 3rdΒ June 2009. The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Gibson has a beneficial interest is 70,000 representing 0.11% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
