The following announcement replaces the announcement made with number - RNS- 3358W made at 15.00 on 27 July 2009 in which the TIDM Code to be used on the London Stock Exchange has been corrected from MXF to MFX. All other text remains the same.

Conister Financial Group PLC (the 'Company')
Change of Company Name and Website address
Conister Financial Group PLC announces that, further to the approval by its Shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 29th June 2009, it has changed its name to Manx Financial Group PLC with immediate effect.
Trading in securities of the Company under the new name is expected to commence on the next trading day following this announcement and the new TIDM code to be used on the London Stock Exchange will be MFX.
The new Company website address, containing the information as required under AIM Rule 26, is as follows: www.mfg.im.
The Company's wholly owned banking subsidiary, Conister Trust Limited, will continue to trade under this name.
