Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce that Mr Douglas Grant has joined the Board as Group Finance Director with immediate effect.

Douglas joined the Company in November 2008 as a financial consultant. He has over 25 years experience working in finance, initially with Scottish Power before moving to the industrial sector to work with I.C.I. and then Allenwest. Prior to joining Manx Financial Group Plc he was the Group Financial Controller and later Finance Director of various UK and Isle of Man private sector companies and has extensive capital raising experience. Born in Scotland Douglas has resided in the Isle of Man for the last 14 years.

Also, with immediate effect Simon Hull, Managing Director of Conister Bank Limited, has become an Executive Director of Manx Financial Group PLC (was formerly appointed as a Non Executive Director of Manx Financial Group PLC).
