BOARD UPDATE

The Board of Tortilla Mexican Grill plc ("Tortilla"), Europe's largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant brand, is pleased to confirm that further to the Group's announcement on 31 January 2025, Usman Ali, Managing Partner of substantial shareholder Auctor Group ("Auctor"), has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees with immediate effect.
