Completion of Disposal of St. Petersburg asset

Further to the announcement on 10 April 2013 of the Disposal of the Company's St. Petersburg asset, the Board of Metro Baltic Horizons PLC ("MBH" or the "Company") announces that the sale has now completed and the entire initial purchase consideration received.

The Company is reviewing its Investing Policy in light of the Disposal and will make further announcements as appropriate.
