Board Changes
The Board of Metro Baltic Horizons Plc (the "Company") announces that with effect from 2nd December 2010, the Company has appointed Mr Ronan Reid, an existing non-executive director, to the role of Chairman of the Company.
Mr Robin James will continue to act as a non-executive director on the board of directors.
