Mercia Technologies PLC (AIM: MERC), the national investment group focused on the identification, creation, funding and scaling of innovative technology businesses with high growth potential from the UK regions, announces that it has received a notification of the following transaction relating to Ordinary shares of £0.00001 each in the capital of Mercia ("Ordinary Shares") by a PDMR of the Company as follows:
· Peter Dines, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 41,000 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were bought on his behalf on 10 April 2019 at 36.0p per share.
Following the above transaction, Peter Dines is beneficially interested in the following number of Ordinary Shares:
