Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority, the London Stock Exchange and the PLUS-Listed Market for the following:

·; An increase of 482,804 ordinary shares of 1p each in respect of the existing block listing relating to the Mears Unapproved Share Option Plan; and

·; 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in respect of the exercise of share options under the Mears Special Incentive Plan.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. Admission and trading in the ordinary shares is expected to commence on 29 March 2012.
