Inc. (MEUS), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, hasreceived a subpoena from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) AntitrustDivision seeking information about the sales of Mitsubishi Electric staticrandom access memory (SRAM) in the United States. We are unable to predict the impact these actions will have on the issuesrelating to this matter including but not limited to a possible adverse affecton our business performance in the future. Therefore, at this time, we will notreassess the dividend policy and revised sales and earnings forecast for fiscalyear 2007 (April 1, 2006-March 31,2007) announced on September 19, 2006.
