The actual dividend will be decided atthe board of directors' meeting when financial results for fiscal 2008 are to bedetermined. Mitsubishi Electric plans to pay a year-end dividend of 7 yen per share, a 1 yenincrease compared to the same period last year, resulting in an annual dividendof 13 yen (record date: March 31, 2008).
