In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), ME Group confirms that as at close of business on 26 June its issued share capital consisted of 377,423,336 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each.
ME Group does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. The International Securities Identification Number (the "ISIN") for ME Group's ordinary shares is GB0008481250.
