ME Group, the instant‑service equipment group, was notified today that Jean-Marc Janailhac, Non-executive Director, sold his beneficial interest in 198,555 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.842 per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Mr Janailhac retains no further beneficial interest in any of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
