The following replaces the announcement "PDMR Dealing and Issue of Equity" released on 24 April 2024 at 17:14 under RNS No: 9214L.
The announcement has been amended to reflect the correct number of Ordinary Shares that each carry a vote. This should should have stated 376,461,253 and has been corrected accordingly.

PDMR Dealing and Issue of Equity
ME Group, the instant‑service equipment group, was notified on 23 April 2024 that Stéphane Gibon, Chief Financial Officer (non-Board) exercised an option over 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme (2014) at a price of £0.614 per Ordinary Share and subsequently sold the resulting 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.643 per Ordinary Share.
The new Ordinary Shares issued as a result of the above option exercise rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares and have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, under the Company's existing block admission.
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company's issued share capital following the above consists of 378,829,879 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 2,368,626 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The figure of 376,461,253 Ordinary Shares should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
