MANDARIN ORIENTAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITEDNOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONSIn accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Mandarin Oriental International Limited (the 'Company' or 'MOIL') announced today that on 14th March 2014 conditional awards over the Company's shares were granted to the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') under the Mandarin Oriental Share-Based Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan'):-
