Director/PDMR Shareholding

McKay Securities PLC (the "Company") announces that it was advised today, that on 18 April 2013, the wife of Steven Mew, a director of the Company, sold 2,714 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 137.1875p per Share.

The Shares were sold by Mr Mew's estranged spouse during a close period in connection with the upcoming results for the year to 31 March 2013. The Shares were sold without the knowledge or consent of the Company or Mr Mew.

Following this transaction, Mr Mew's holding in the Company is 25,168 Shares representing 0.055% of the Company's total voting rights (of which 11,494 Shares representing 0.025% of the Company's total voting rights are held by the wife of Mr Mew).
