Further to the announcement on 16th June 2015, the Company announces that in addition to the exercise of options by Directors and PDMRs, other current and former employees exercised options on 15th June 2015 on a total of 154,764 Ordinary Shares, under the 6th Grant of the 2007 McKay Performance Share Plan. No amount was payable on the exercise of these awards.
Together with the exercise of options from Directors and PDMRs, the total number of Ordinary Shares to be issued is 679,551.
Application has been made for the admission of the 679,551 new Ordinary Shares to listing on the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange Plc. The admission of such shares is expected to become effective on 22nd June 2015 ("Admission").
As announced on 16th June, following Admission, in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1(R) the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 93,105,539 with each share carrying the right to one vote. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 93,105,539.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in McKay Securities PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
