Notification of Director or PDMR Share Interest
Following the admission and listing of 162,792 Ordinary Shares, in respect of the 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme, the Company announces that on 18th July 2014 the following Directors sold 162,792 Ordinary Shares at 226 pence per share. These share options were granted in July 2004 at an exercise price of 215 pence per share and, having achieved performance conditions, were exercisable between July 2007 and July 2014. See table below for more details.
