Notification and public disclosure of RSU and LTIP Awards to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")
McBride plc confirms that on 5 October 2021 awards were granted under the terms of the McBride 2014 Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan (RSU) (the Plans) to the following individual:
