Completion of the acquisition of Danlind a/s ("Danlind")
Further to the announcement on 4 September 2017, McBride is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Danlind, a Danish supplier of auto dish-wash and laundry products. The acquisition has received the required regulatory approvals and all other closing conditions have now been fulfilled, accordingly the acquisition of Danlind completed on 29 September 2017.
