PRELIMINARY DISCUSSIONS
The Directors announce that they are currently in preliminary discussions relating to an acquisition, which would be regarded as a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules") and which they are hopeful will be submitted to shareholders for their approval on a timescale which will result in completion by 3 February 2011. A further announcement on this will be made in due course.
The Directors have also evaluated a number of other potential investment opportunities, but none has been suitable to be submitted to shareholders for approval.
