RETAIL CHARITY BONDS PLC ANNOUNCES THE ISSUANCE OF:

£11,000,000 4.375 per cent. Bonds due 29 July 2021 (the "Bonds")

Issued by:

RETAIL CHARITY BONDS PLC (the "Issuer")

(incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 8940313)

The Issuer today announces the issue of the Bonds pursuant to its £1,000,000,000 Retail Bond Facility. The proceeds of the Bonds are to be lent to Golden Lane Housing Ltd.
