Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, today announces that further to the announcement of 3 September 2019 in relation to an interim dividend, the Company has today posted to shareholders a letter containing additional information on the scrip dividend alternative and how shareholders may participate (the "Circular").
