ISSUE OF EQUITY
The Company has today applied for 6,042 new ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") following the exercise of options. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 24 March 2017.
Following admission, the Company will have 81,477,220 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") outstanding. The figure of 81,477,220 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
