Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH.L), the specialist brick, land development and landfill company, announces the appointment of Peter Sharp to the Board with immediate effect.
Peter Nigel Sharp, aged 43, has more than 25 years' experience in the heavy clay and ceramics sector. Following 14 years with Ibstock Brick, Peter joined the Group as works manager at Charnwood Forest Brick Limited. He was appointed Group Production Director in 2006 and Group Operations Director in 2009. Peter is a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining and holds various qualifications in ceramics, management and building construction.
Peter Sharp has confirmed that there are no further matters that require to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 or Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
