Offer for Subscription

On 22 September 2017, the Boards of Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC and Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC (together the "Companies" and each a "Company") announced that they had published a joint Prospectus (comprising a Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) in relation to offers for subscription of new Ordinary Shares of 10p each (together the "Offers" and each an "Offer").
The Boards are pleased to advise that, with valid subscriptions under the Offers received to date now approaching the joint fundraising target of £30 million, and in view of continued interest from potential investors, they have each resolved to utilise their Companies' respective over-allotment facility, as provided for under the terms and conditions of the Offers, to the extent required to meet further investor demand.
The Offers are expected to close by no later than 12.00 noon on 3 April 2018 in relation to the tax year 2017/18 and 12.00 noon on 20 April 2018 in relation to the tax year 2018/19 (unless the relevant Offer is fully subscribed by an earlier date or previously extended by the relevant Board, to a date no later than 14 September 2018).
