Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
As previouslyΒ announcedΒ Petro MatadΒ issued 25,000Β ordinary shares ofΒ US$0.01 each in the CompanyΒ ("Shares")Β on 20 February 2009. Following the Share issue andΒ as at the date of this noticeΒ theΒ total number of Shares in issueΒ isΒ 96,705,004Β with eachΒ Share carrying the right to one vote.
There are noΒ Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 96,705,004.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest inΒ the Company.
