Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
Following theΒ issueΒ by Petro Matad of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 eachΒ ("Shares")Β onΒ 25Β June 2009, the Company advises thatΒ as at the date of this notice the total number of Shares in issue isΒ 101,705,004Β with each Share carrying the right to one vote.
There are no Shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 101,705,004. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
