Petro Matad Limited - "Petro Matad" or the "Company"

Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

Following the issue by Petro Matad of 14,662,754 ordinary shares of $0.01 each ("Shares") on 14 June 2010, the Company advises that the total number of Shares in issue as at the date of this notice, is 153,734,646 with each Share carrying the right to one vote.

There are no Shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 153,734,646.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.

The group holds the sole operatorship of three Production Sharing Contracts with the Government of Mongolia.
