Result of AGM
Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, announces the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting held today in London, United Kingdom with a live video link to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The AGM was also accessible via a live dial-in facility for shareholders. The Chairman of the meeting called for a poll on all 7 resolutions. All resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
