Notice of AGM
Petro Matad Limited (AIM: MATD), the AIM-quoted Mongolian oil company, confirms that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 4.00 p.m. local time (8.00 a.m. GMT) on 13 March 2025 at Topaz Conference Hall, Blue Sky Tower, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The AGM notice and form of proxy are being posted today to shareholders who have opted for hard copy communications and shareholders who have signed up to the Company's electronic communications service will receive notification by email.
The Company will provide the option for shareholders to join the proceedings of the AGM and this will be announced via RNS nearer the date of the AGM. Shareholders who may not be able to attend the meeting in person but wish to ask a question are encouraged to contact the Company prior to the AGM by email at ir@petromatadgroup.com. Any such questions should be submitted to the Company no later than 48 hours before the time appointed for the AGM.
A copy of the AGM notice will be available on the Company's website, www.petromatadgroup.com, and requests for additional proxy forms should be made to Petro Matad's Registrar, Computershare, via its helpline number of +44 (0)370 707 4040.
Following the AGM, a recording of the meeting will be uploaded to the Company's website and the results of the resolutions proposed at the AGM will be announced via RNS.

Petro Matad is the parent company of a group focused on oil exploration, development and production in Mongolia. Currently, Petro Matad holds a 100% working interest and the operatorship of the Matad Block XX Production Sharing Contract with the government of Mongolia.
