Director Declaration

In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Petro Matad Limited announces the following change to a director's disclosure under Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules. Dr George Watkins, non-executive Chairman of the Company, has notified the Company that he was also a Director of Idaho Natural Resources Corp., a company listed on NEX Exchange in Canada, which has made a Voluntary Assignment into Bankruptcy pursuant to the Provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). Subsequently, Dr Watkins has ceased to be a director of that company.

There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules
