MED Share Issue

Mast Energy Developments PLC, the UK-based multi-asset operator in the rapidly growing Reserve Power market, announces that it is now issuing 153,061 new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company (the "Fee Shares") in part settlement of an invoice from a service provider. The shares were issued at a price per share of £0.098 (9.8p) for a total share consideration of £15,000.

Application will be made for the Fee Shares to be admitted to the Standard List segment of the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the Fee Shares will commence at 8.00am on, or around, 9 December 2021.

Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 188,717,097 ordinary shares in issue and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
