Marston's PLC (the "Company") has been informed that, on 27 June 2022, a grant of share options was made to the following Directors under the Company's Sharesave Scheme. The savings contract will commence on 1 September 2022 and the share option price is £0.44. Options granted under the Scheme are currently satisfied using market purchase shares.
