Marston's PLC: Annual Report and Associated Documents
The following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility which is located at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS:
2009 Annual Report;
Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 January 2010 ("AGM Notice");
Form of Proxy;
The proposed New Articles of Association proposed to be adopted at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The 2009 Annual Report, AGM Notice and the proposed Articles of Association are also available on the Marston's PLC website: www.marstons.co.uk.
One of the resolutions to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting will be that the Company adopts the New Articles of Association. Full details of all resolutions to be proposed are contained in the AGM Notice.
