Director Shareholding
This notification is made in accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.
On 11 May 2015 an award over ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") was made to the following director under the Manx Telecom Long-Term Incentive Plan, as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the award which is structured as a conditional share award.
The vesting of the award is subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. The award will normally vest on the later of the third anniversary of grant and the determination of the performance conditions.
The Company was informed of the above transaction on 11 May 2015.

Manx Telecom also donates annually to local causes through the company's "It's our Community" programme.
§ The Isle of Man has a resilient and growing economy which has experienced 29 years of unbroken GDP growth. Unemployment is low at 2.0 per cent, and there is a zero per cent corporate tax rate which applies to the vast majority of Manx Telecom's business and means that the Group currently pays no corporation tax on its annual profits.
§ Manx Telecom is listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange with the ticker MANX.
