The Board announces that Marcia Shekerdemian KC has resigned as a non-executive director as a possible professional conflict has arisen from her role as a practicing barrister. In line with professional confidentiality Marcia has not disclosed the name or details of the case in question to the Company and the Board understands her decision. The Board intends to conduct a search for a new independent non-executive director.
