Appointment of Director
Manolete (AIM: MANO), the leading UK-listed insolvency litigation financing company, has appointed Mena Halton, Head of Group Legal, to the Board of the Company, effective 24 June.
Mena Halton joined the business in 2014 and became Head of Group Legal in February 2018. Prior to this Ms Halton worked in private practice and in house for insolvency practitioners conducting insolvency litigation, having qualified as a solicitor in 1985. She is a Member of the Law Society, Insolvency Lawyers Association, and Association of Business Recovery Professionals.
Steven Cooklin, Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are delighted to have appointed Mena to the Board. She has served with Manolete Partners for a number of years and is an integral member of the team who will help deploy our strategy going forward."

During the last five years immediately preceding the date of this announcement, Philomena Mary Halton (nee O'Donoghue), 62, was a director of the Company prior to Admission to AIM.
Ms Halton and her spouse hold respectively 270,891 and 295,590 ordinary shares of £0.004 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In addition she holds options over Ordinary Shares as follows:
