Majedie Investments PLC (the "Company")

 

Interim Dividend

 

The Company's dividend policy is to pay quarterly dividends of approximately 0.75% of the relevant quarter end net asset value, leading to an aggregate annual dividend target of approximately 3%.

 

The NAV at 31 March 2024 was 270.01 pence per share.

 

The Board of Majedie Investments PLC has therefore declared an interim dividend in respect of the quarter ended 31 March 2024 of 2.00 pence per ordinary share, to be paid on 7 June 2024 to those shareholders registered at the close of business on 17 May 2024.

 

The shares will go ex-dividend on 16 May 2024.
