Majedie Investments PLC (the "Company")

 

Interim Dividend

 

The Company's dividend policy is to pay quarterly dividends which are expected to comprise approximately 0.75% of the relevant quarter end net asset value, leading to an aggregate annual dividend target of approximately 3%. The NAV at 31 December 2023 was 260.30 pence per share.

 

The Board of Majedie Investments PLC has therefore declared an interim dividend in respect of the quarter ended 31 December 2023 of 1.90 pence per ordinary share, to be paid on 8 March 2024 to those shareholders registered at the close of business on 16 February 2024.

 

The shares will go ex-dividend on 15 February 2024.
