Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company")
Grant of Options
Further to the announcement dated 1 October 2019, the Company announces that on 14 October 2019 options were granted over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Maintel ("Ordinary Shares") to Ioan MacRae, Chief Executive Officer, in accordance with the rules of the Company's 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), with certain options being granted under the Company share option plan ("LTIP CSOP").
The table below sets out all grants made under the LTIP and LTIP CSOP to Ioan:

The awards were made as market value priced options and the exercise price was determined by reference to the previous dealing day's closing middle market price. The awards are not subject to the achievement of performance conditions. The normal date of vesting for these options will be 14 October 2022 and the last date for exercise will be 14 October 2029.
