Directors' share options
On 21 December 2011 the directors granted to Dale Todd, the Company's Finance Director, an option over 20,000 shares, which equates to 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company, with an exercise price of 265p. The option vests and may be exercised from the date of grant. The option expires on 21 December 2021.
Mr Todd currently holds 5,622 shares in the Company beneficially, has an existing option over 30,000 shares and is interested in 68,500 shares in his capacity as a trustee of the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan.
In aggregate, options have been issued over 319,545 shares, being 3.0% of the current issued share capital. The number of shares under option and the vesting and exercise prices may be adjusted at the discretion of the Remuneration Committee in the event of a variation in the issued share capital of the Company.
