Maintel Holdings PLC01 April 2008 Maintel Holdings Plc ("Maintel" or "the Company") Directors' shareholdings On 31 March 2008 the Maintel Holdings Plc Share Incentive Plan (an all employeeshare purchase plan approved by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs) acquired 790Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company,representing 0.006 per cent of Maintel's issued share capital at a price of157.5p per share. As a result of this purchase, T T Mason, N J Taylor and W DTodd, all being directors of Maintel as well as trustees of the Share IncentivePlan, are deemed to have increased their notifiable interest in the Company.
