Board Changes
Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, today announces changes to its Board of Directors.
Carol Thompson is leaving her role as Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
John Booth, Deputy Chair, has also advised the Board of his intention not to stand for re-appointment at the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting.
The Board will be commencing a search for a new Independent Non-Executive Chairman to support the Executive team with the continued transformation of Maintel.
The Company thank them both for their service.
